By personalizing based on the client, we are able to develop sessions that focus on improving health and body condition and avoid injury through unproductive "bulking up".

PREVENTIVE PROGRAM | TRAINING

Integrating your personal trainer with your primary care physician is a unique way that our health center facilitates preventive care. This collaboration creates a team that can focus on your unique needs with professional expertise and the support we all need in reaching health goals.


12-Month Training Program

 $150 / Month 

  • One (1) 30‐min personal training sessions / week.
  • 30% yearly commitment discount is included in this pricing.
  • Quarterly & Virtual coaching
  • Group sessions & classes
  • Healthy Living Monthly
  • 5% Discount on additional coaching
  • Primary Care (billed through insurance)

BOOT CAMP

BOOT CAMP FITNESS CLASS

This is a 30 minute fitness session lead by our personal trainer.  The sessions are adaptable to a range of fitness levels but are intended to push your limits. Focusing on agility, strength and endurance.  This class makes a great extra push for your weekly fitness routine.

DIABETES WORKSHOP

Diabetes Workshop

Our diabetes workshop is a combined education and fitness class that explains (and shows) how nutrition and exercise impact your sugar levels. Spend the first 30 minutes of the workshop discussing how nutrition and fitness impact sugar levels. The second half breaks out into practical application with 30 minutes of exercise during which we will track your sugar levels to show the impact live.

BUILDING BETTER BONES

An ongoing fitness class developed by our health coach, personal trainer and physician. This class is held weekly and focuses on countering Osteoporosis. Our personal trainers host this class to help clients engage in weight bearing exercises and increase balance and stability. This class includes 45 minutes of fitness at our facility and is designed for beginners and intermediate individuals.


 Member Rates: FREE (1 session / week)

GOLF FITNESS CLINIC

An 8 week session developed by our personal trainers to help get your body out of winter and ready for the green. This clinic is highly personal with a limit of 4 clients per session. It meets weekly on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks. Each session is 60 minutes and focuses on transverse power, core and posture.
