Our personal training philosophy focuses on proper body mechanics and corrective exercise. The training programs all begin with an assessment that teaches us about  the unique condition, limitations and opportunities of your body. 


By personalizing based on the client, we are able to develop sessions that focus on improving health and body condition and avoid injury through unproductive "bulking up".

OUR TRAINING FACILITY

Our Preventive Health Center features facilities for health coaching, medical care and a personal training studio. Training sessions are one-on-one and instructed in our 500 SQFT private studio. Our studio is outfitted with equipment to maximize program flexibility and personalized development.

Commitment Discounts

Session pricing is discounted based on your committed quantity. The larger quantity of sessions the larger the commitment discount.

This is a 30 minute fitness session lead by our personal trainer.  The sessions are adaptable to a range of fitness levels but are intended to push your limits. Focusing on agility, strength and endurance.  This class makes a great extra push for your weekly fitness routine.

DIABETES AEROBIC CLASS

Exercise is medicine! With this 30 minute aerobic class  structured for all levels you will build up a sweat and learn how to mange your glucose levels with aerobic exercise.

ACTIVE BODY BASICS

This is a 30 minute weekly fitness session lead by our personal trainer.  This series focuses on whole body workouts through functional movements and body weight exercises. This class makes a great addition to your weekly fitness routine.  Sessions are held at our facility and are designed for beginner and intermediate individuals.

POSTURE, GET IT STRAIGHT

This class is designed to help realign your body. Learn your body’s unique imbalances and the techniques needed to improve your posture through a series of progressive modules. You will receive personalized instruction at our facility and takeaway materials at the start of each module. This class is 60-minutes and meets once a week and takes 8 weeks to complete all of the modules.
