Our personal training philosophy focuses on proper body mechanics and corrective exercise. The training programs all begin with an assessment that teaches us about  the unique condition, limitations and opportunities of your body. 


By personalizing based on the client, we are able to develop sessions that focus on improving health and body condition and avoid injury through unproductive "bulking up".

$80 or $150 / Week

  • 20% commitment discount is included in this pricing.

PREVENTIVE PROGRAM | TRAINING

Integrating your personal trainer with your primary care physician is a unique way that our health center facilitates preventive care. This collaboration creates a team that can focus on your unique needs with professional expertise and the support we all need in reaching health goals.


12-Month Training Program (30 or 60 minutes) 

$70 or $130 / Week

  • 30% commitment discount is included in this pricing.

As part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our clients, this specialized program includes the option of joining our primary care practice.

Primary Care (optional)

  • Primary Care Provider
  • Quarterly coaching visits
  • Virtual coaching support
  • Group sessions & classes
  • Healthy Living Monthly
  • 5% Discount on additional coaching sessions
