Our personal training philosophy focuses on proper body mechanics and strength training. The programs all begin with an assessment that teaches us about the unique condition, limitations and opportunities of your body.
By personalizing based on the client, we are able to develop sessions that focus on improving health and body condition and avoid injury through unproductive "bulking up".
Our Preventive Health Center features an onsite personal training studio. Training sessions are one-on-one and are instructed in our 500 SQFT private studio. Our studio is outfitted with equipment to maximize program flexibility and personalized development.

Your first visit with our personal trainer is a full fitness assessment at no cost. In the assessment we introduce what our programs can do for you if you commit to regular engagement. Our trainer provides a professional evaluation of your mobility, strength & endurance. The information establishes a baseline for any future fitness program with us.
It is not uncommon for clients to experience soreness after a workout. This is known as delayed onset muscle soreness, or DOMS. It’s the pain and stiffness you feel 24-72 hours after a particularly strenuous workout. The process of building muscle involves microscopic tearing, an inflammatory response to aid healing, and new tissue production. This is perfectly normal, and hydration is key. read more
