If you have not used the portal before, please call our office to setup your account at 860-868-7318. After you have your username and password you can access the portal through the link below.
In the event of an emergency ALWAYS dial 911 first! For non-urgent matters, you can submit your questions directly to us through the medical portal. Portal messages are only monitored during office hours. Messages sent in the evening or over the weekend will be reviewed during the next business day. Please note there is no way for us to review these messages while not at the office. If you are a Concierge Member please contact your physician directly by using the email provided to you.
