We run fitness classes every day of the week. Classes range in difficulty from beginner (★) to advanced (★★★★).
These sessions build upon one another over a longer period of time. Participants meet regularly in groups lead by our personal trainer and health coach as part of follow-up and progression towards the structured goal.
Sessions are lead by our personal trainer and health coach. These topics can involve health, nutrition and fitness education topics. Sessions can also include workouts.
