This is a 30-minute weekly fitness session lead by our personal trainer.  This series focuses on whole body workouts through functional movements and body weight exercises. This class makes a great addition to your weekly fitness routine.  Sessions are held at our facility and are designed for beginner and intermediate individuals.

BOOT CAMP

This is a 30 minute fitness session lead by our personal trainer.  The sessions are adaptable to a range of fitness levels but are intended to push your limits. Focusing on agility, strength and endurance.  This class makes a great extra push for your weekly fitness routine.

RETAKE STRENGTH & STABILITY

A weekly fitness class that focuses on getting active and staying strong.  Unused muscles get weak and over time can cause problems in body stability and performing basic functional movements in and around the home. Movements in this class focus on rebuilding lost strength and stability to improve long-term quality of life and support fall prevention. This class includes 45 minutes of fitness at our facility and is designed for beginners and intermediate levels.

BUILDING BETTER BONES

An ongoing fitness class developed by our health coach, personal trainer and physician. This class is held weekly and focuses on countering Osteoporosis. Our personal trainers host this class to help clients engage in weight bearing exercises and increase balance and stability. This class includes 45 minutes of fitness at our facility and is designed for beginners and intermediate individuals.

MEAL PREP TIPS & TRICKS

Meal Preparation Class. Meal Prep Tips & Tricks

This is our monthly health class on meal preparation tips and tricks and is hosted by our health coach. The class is a 45-minute interactive education and discussion session held at our facility. The class is designed to help with understanding how to prepare meals in advance, correct portion sizes, tips and tricks for shopping and prepping, time management, healthy option swaps and weight management.

MACRONUTRIENTS: FATS

This class is the first in our three part macronutrient series addressing information on FATS! This is a monthly health class on the different kinds of fats found in our foods. The benefits, risks and typical sources for Saturated, Monounsaturated, Polyunsaturated and Trans fats. This class is designed to help with heart disease & stroke prevention, cholesterol management and weight management.

"DIETS" 101

This class covers information related to popular “diets” including Keto, Mediterranean, Intermittent Fasting, and Paleo.  Learn the benefits & risks of each diet along with how to implement healthy habits for long lasting change.  Our health coach will guide you through information on each diet to help you gain a better understanding of wellness and nutrition.

Group SPECIALTY Classes

DIABETES WORKSHOP

Our diabetes workshop is a combined education and fitness class that explains (and shows) how nutrition and exercise impact your sugar levels. Spend the first 30 minutes of the workshop discussing how nutrition and fitness impact sugar levels. The second half breaks out into practical application with 30 minutes of exercise during which we will track your sugar levels to demonstrate impact in real time.

GOLF FITNESS CLINIC

An 8 week session developed by our personal trainers to help get your body out of winter and ready for the green. This clinic is highly personal with a limit of 4 clients per session. It meets weekly on Saturday mornings for 8 weeks. Each session is 60 minutes and focuses on transverse power, core and posture.
