Personalized Fitness Programs are sets of workouts provided by a Certified Personal Trainer that you do on your own. Workouts are updated every 4 weeks and tweaked weekly based on your feedback. Your workouts come virtually via our app. All communication and performance tracking is self-contained within the single program.

By performing the workouts on your own time 3x per week you will save between 75%-85% on fitness costs. The more you workout the more you save.
